I really liked the look of the basket walls! When I started looking into doing one, I quickly found that they are kind of expensive to do.

Solution? Yes!

To start I bought a few baskets from Ross and these from Amazon https://amzn.to/3rkRe2D. That's when I realized, um this is expensive! So at that point its like, what you have is all you have, hang them up! Problem number 2 is then becomes apparent, all of the baskets were cute, but it still wasn't giving me that big wall space coverage I was looking for. So they sat and waited for me to find a solution! Randomly one day I cruised over to Kohls on my handy dandy phone and started looking through the clearance section, if you do not do this you are missing out for sure! Anyways, I ran across these Jute place mats! There's a link below to one of them. There are tons of styles but that will get you started to where they are.

The only thing with using the placemats is the placement. I had to make sure I placed them under harder baskets and then secured them to the wall in multiple places to prevent sagging. So far so good! I used small black nails only because, I tried using command strips and I was getting the sagging effect ugh. After I placed my larger baskets and knew how I wanted them, that's when I went back and filled with the placemats and chargers.
